The injury suffered by the injured are of serious nature. The petitioners are involved in the assault.

There is a long absconsion of the petitioners also since the police case is of December 30, 2020.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5098 of 2022 is dismissed.
