The District Inspector of Schools (PE), Nadia is personally present before this Court.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Nadia that calculation has been sent from their end and PPO has been issued by the DPPG.

In view of the above, issuance of further NOC by the District Inspector of Schools (PE) become an empty formality.

It is expected that Treasury Officer, Krishnagar-I, Nadia shall be furnished with the NOC by the Office of the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Nadia by 24th January, 2025. Upon receipt of the NOC, the Treasury Officer shall

release all funds under the PPO to the petitioner including the arrears within a period of three days thereafter. 5.

The petitioner shall complete all necessary formalities with the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Nadia by 21st January, 2025.

The District Inspector of Schools (PE), Nadia shall thereafter act as indicated hereinabove.

It is expected that the interest as ordered by this Court on 13th March, 2024 is strictly complied with by the office of the concerned DI, Treasury Officer and the DPPG. 8.

In view of the above, the contempt application is disposed of.

9.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

10.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

11.

There will be no order as to costs.

12.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

13.
