1. Mr. Milon Mukherjee, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the petitioner is similarly placed as that of Abdul Hamid Sardar @ Hamid Sardar & Ors. whose anticipatory bail was rejected by this Bench on 26th September, 2024 in CRM(A) 3491 of 2024.

2. We appreciate the fairness in the submission of Mr. Mukherjee in this regard.
