Leave is granted to the petitioner to amend the Cause Title.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 11 months and the present petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case who was working as a ward boy of a local nursing home.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are accusations of fake birth certificates and the petitioner allegedly is thickly involved with the same. The prosecution proposes to examine 28 witnesses out of which the examination of witness no.3 is in progress.

State is directed to conclude at least 10 additional witnesses within the next six months from the next date so fixed before the learned trial Court.

Petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after the period is over.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 1885 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
