Learned Counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the owner of the land in question. He wants to put a boundary wall to surround his land in order to protect it. He prayed for police help.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents submits as follows.

The allegations made in the writ petition are denied. The petitioner is a good friend of the private respondent and there is no question of the private respondent

objecting to petitioner putting a boundary wall on his land. They have not disturbed and they would not disturb the petitioner for putting up boundary wall on his land.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that a dispute has been raised regarding putting of a boundary wall and alleged encroachment. Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard. However, the police shall keep a strict vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place.

With these observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
