Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the owner of the land in question. His name was recorded in the record of rights. Land was converted. A building plan was sanctioned. Accordingly, the petitioner built a house. The private respondents, particularly, the respondent Nos.9 and 10 were seriously disturbing the possession and enjoyment of the property by the petitioner. They tried to grab the petitioner's property. Complaint was made before the police authority, but no step taken.

Learned Counsel for the State submits as follows. Complaints were received from both the sides. Necessary proceedings were drawn up under Section 107 of the Code. The police are keeping a close watch on the development in the locality. It appears that some kind of dispute is there between the private parties for sometime. If the parties want to establish any right in respect of the property, the same has to be done before the Civil Court.

However, the police authority shall keep a strict vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place.

With these observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
