2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State refers to page 86 of the case diary and submits that during the pendency of the application, the present petitioner surrendered before the learned jurisdictional Court on 18.10.2025 and was granted bail.

3. Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.

4. In view of the above, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of without any further order even as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
