Ms. Indumouli Banerjee, learned advocate for the petitioner through virtual mode submits that she has filed fresh Vakalatnama on 14th July, 2025 after obtaining no objection from the erstwhile learned advocate of the petitioner, Ms. Gopa Biswas. She further submits that the petitioner does not intend to proceed further with the instant writ petition and seeks to withdraw the same. She files written instruction of the petitioner dated 14th July, 2025, which is taken on record.

In view of such submission, the writ petition being WPA 24402 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
