Commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner.

In seeking bail, petitioner requires us to evaluate the evidence as to her arrest and very many other things.

There are video footage of the search and seizure establishing the petitioner's presence at the time of seizure. Points raised as a defence at the trial may be considered.

We are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the

NDPS Act, 1985. Consequently, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 6.

C.R.M (NDPS) No. 1562 of 2024 is dismissed.
