Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected in August, 2022.

We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials showing recovery of narcotic substance i.e. 385 gms. of Heroin, which is above commercial quantity from the possession of the petitioner. His prayer for bail was rejected earlier. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is thus rejected.
