1. By this application, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.36 of 2024, which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Arambagh, District - Hooghly.

2. From the materials on record, this Court finds that the written statement has been filed in August 2024 only by the principal defendant.

3. Under such circumstances, order for expeditious disposal cannot be passed at this early stage.

4. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
