The petitioners lodged complaint before the police authority ventilating allegations against the private respondents. The report submitted by the State demonstrates that a FIR has been registered and investigation is in progress. The petitioners seek fair and impartial investigation.

Learned counsel for the private respondents denies and disputes the allegations made by the petitioners. Since the complaint lodged by the petitioners is being investigated by the police authority, the police authority is directed to hold a fair, unbiased and impartial investigation and take the same to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
