1. The present writ petition has been filed to restrain the private respondents from unlawfully interfering with the petitioner's property and to restrain them to come over to the petitioner's property.

2. The advocate for the petitioner would also complain that the private respondents have filed a writ petition alleging illegal construction at premises no.150, 105/2 and 109 Mollapara, Shibpur, Howrah without impleading the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the private respondents have no interest therein.

3. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and noting the prayer made in the petition, I find that the petitioner is trying to settle the dispute against the private respondents by filing the writ petition which in my view is not permissible. Though the petitioner has also sought to restrain the municipal authorities from proceeding on the basis of complaints made by the private respondents, in absence of disclosure of details thereof, no blanket order of injunction can be passed.
