Basu Mullick Mr. Sanjib Das ... for the State The petitioner submits that despite having the reasoned order passed by the Chairman of the District Primary School Council that the teacher-student ratio is 40:1, he has not been transferred.

This is seriously disputed by the learned advocates for the State who has submitted that in primary school the student-teacher ratio is 30:1. The school, according to the reasoned order passed by the Chairman of the DPSC dated 29.09.2022 as just the number of teachers which satisfies the pupilteacher ratio and if the petitioner is transferred, the pupil-teacher ratio will fall.

Therefore, no relief can be granted by this court in this writ application and the writ application is dismissed.
