Affidavit filed pursuant to the order dated February 18, 2021 be taken on record.

It appears that, there is another proceedings under the West Bengal Highways Act, 1964 in which, hearing was given on January 13, 2020. The affidavit is silent as to the date of passing of the final order under the Act of 1964. On a query from the Court, learned advocate

appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that, the order will be passed within ten days from date, if not passed already.

Learned advocate for the alleged contemnor draws the attention of the Court to the averment made in the affidavit stating that the order of stay in WPA 866 of 2021 is still continuing.

In such circumstances, CPAN 1333 of 2019 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
