The earlier condition imposed while granting bail on 14.10.2025, so far as meeting with the Officer-in-Charge of the jurisdictional Police Station is concerned, is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall meet the Officer-in-Charge of the jurisdictional Police Station once in a month till further orders of this Court.

So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same are unaltered.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
