Mr. Jaladhi Das ...for the State Mr. Sounak Bhattacharya, Mr. Chandranath Sarkar ...for the respondent nos. 5 & 6 The petitioners complain that the private respondent nos. 5 and 6 with the help of the respondent no. 7 are disturbing their peaceful living. The petitioners allege that the private respondents have broken the electricity meter and have effected construction to prevent the access to a bathroom in the said premises.

The private respondents/sons deny all allegations.

This Court directs the petitioners and the private respondents to live in peace. The private respondents shall not obstruct the father and the stepmother from using the amenities inside the house.

The Joynagar Police Station submits that they have taken proceedings under Section 107 of

the Cr. P.C. since the dispute is purely family in nature.

The Joynagar police shall keep strict vigil on the said property to prevent any breach of peace. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
