In the 1st and 2nd line of the first paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression 'the private respondents', shall stand corrected to read as 'the petitioner', In the 3rd line of the first paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression 'Bhangore under Modra Gram Panchayet', shall stand corrected to read as 'Bhangore under Bodra Gram Panchayet'.

In the last line of the of the first paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression 'carrying on their work' shall stand corrected to read as 'carrying on his work'.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated February 7, 2023.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
