Mr. Mukteswar Maity Ms. Manika Sarkar ... for the Petitioner The present revisional application has been preferred praying for an early hearing of the execution application pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Kakdwip in M. Ex. Case No. 53 of 2019.

The opposite party is found absent in spite of being served.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the materials on record, this Court finds that the M. Execution filed under revision is of the year 2019. Accordingly, considering the prayer of the petitioner and the nature of proceedings, the prayer of the petitioner stands allowed.

The Trial Court being the Magistrate is directed to make all efforts to dispose of the execution application within a period of 6 months from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law.

Accordingly, CRR 4030 of 2022 is allowed.

All applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court in advance.
