Pursuant to the direction passed by this court, I find that the report has been submitted. Report reflects that there are number of cases and the last of the case on the basis of the complaint so filed is on 06.09.2024 relate to Domjur Police Station Case No. 919 of 2024. Primarily it seems that the purpose for which the writ petition was moved has been subserved.

The Officer-in-Charge, Domjur Police Station will keep a strict vigil and would see that no untoward incident stems out because of some complaints of inimical relationship between the private parties named in the information dated 06.09.2024.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 24531 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
