Learned advocate for the petitioner, learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 7 and 8 and the learned advocate for the State respondents are present. 3.

Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

The petitioner is aggrieved against the inaction of the police authority in not taking any steps on the basis of the complaint made on 9th September, 2025. 5.

Upon hearing the learned advocates and considering the facts of this case, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping this writ petition pending.

Thus, this writ application is disposed of by directing the Officer-in-Charge, Parulia Coastal Police

Station (respondent No. 6 herein) to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 9th September, 2025 upon hearing both the writ petitioner and respondent Nos. 7 and 8 and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that in the event of exigency, the writ petitioner can make necessary prayer before the police authority.

Liberty is granted to the learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 7 and 8 to file the Vakalatnama on the reopening day of this Court.
