None appears for the petitioner. Even earlier there was no appearance even in the year 2009. The petitioner seeks for direction upon the respondent bank to accept a compromise proposal. It is seen from the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition that the bank already initiated action under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and notice under Section 13(2) has been issued thereof. In such circumstances, at this stage, the prayers sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted. The writ petition stands dismissed leaving it open to the writ petitioner to work out his rights in the manner, if still a need arises to do so.
