In view of the order passed in CPAN 452 of 2023 and since the police investigation has been completed and FRT filed, nothing further remains to be considered in the contempt application.

The petitioner has filed an application under section 173 of the Cr.P.C. challenging the final report of the police. 3.

Steps may be taken before the concerned ACJM and under the provisions of the Cr.P.C. in this regard. 4.

The allegations against the District Judge are not deemed to have been admitted by him.

5.

Documents produced by the petitioner are kept with the record.

6.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of. 7.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

8.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

10.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
