1. Petitioner has alleged sexual harassment at workplace. Petitioner prayed for registration of FIR on the basis of her complaint and to direct the respondents to restore working environment.

2. Reference may be made to the order dated 08.10.2024 wherein it was recorded that the petitioner was posted at Gobardanga P.S. as per the request.

3. Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined her new place of posting at Gobardanga PS on November 26, 2024. Such submission is not disputed by Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate representing the State.

4. In the order dated November 21, 2024, the submission of Mr. Sengupta that the proceedings before the ICC

shall be concluded by the end of December, 2024 was placed on record.

5. Learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is participating in the proceedings before the ICC.

6. In view thereof, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition.

7. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of by directing the authorities to conclude the proceedings before the ICC as expeditiously as possible but, positively by the end of December, 2024 and to take all consequential steps thereupon.

8. There shall be no order as to costs.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
