The said judgment and order was upheld by the Hon'ble Division Bench vide judgment and order dated April 5, 2023 in MAT 1803 of 2022. Today, Mr.

Dilip Kumar Sinha, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submitted that, the direction made by this Court in its judgment and order dated September 12, 2022 had been complied in entirety. The petitioner had received his appointment and the cost awarded by this Court.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding.

This contempt proceeding CPAN 1076 of 2022 stands dropped and the application stands disposed of accordingly.

Rule issued, if any, stands discharged.
