Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for one year four months and although charge has been framed on 19.06.2025 but till date none of the witness has been examined and the prosecution has proposed to examine 25 witnesses. Since there is no possibility of the trial commencing or concluding in near future, petitioner may be released on bail on any stringent conditions.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the petitioner is the principal accused.

State is directed to conclude the evidence of the vulnerable witnesses within a period of four months.

Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid period is over.

At this Stage CRM (M) 1884 of 2025 is dismissed. Case Diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.
