It has been submitted that the date for framing of charge was fixed on 22nd December, 2021 before the Trial Court.

In that view of the aforesaid, this criminal revisional application, being CRR 2737 of 2013 and CRAN 1 of 2013 (Old No. 3185 of 2013) are dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
