The report reflects that an amount of Rs. 7,000/- in each and every month is being deducted as per the order of the ld. JM, 5th Court, Barrackpore on and from February, 2024.

The report also reflects that in paragraph 3 that so far as the arrears are concerned, the same would be worked out and effected in equal monthly installments so as not to exceed 50% of pay and allowances per month in accordance with Paragraph 5(k) of Army Order 6/2020.

In view of the report so submitted, let a copy of the same may be handed over to the ld. Advocate appearing for the petitioner.

As the Army Authorities have taken steps, the ld. JM, 5th Court, Barrackpore, would, henceforth pass any order

upon the Army Authority, who would respond in due course so that the arrears would be recovered as has been narrated in the report so submitted dated 27.12.2023.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3857 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record.
