The son of the petitioner is a student of Techno India Group Public School.

The petitioner is aggrieved by some steps taken by the school authority to refrain the son of the petitioner from behaving inappropriately. Mr. P. S. Mallick, learned Counsel appearing for the school authority submits that though the writ petition is not maintainable but considering that the issue is regarding a student of the school, he is not pressing the said issue hard. He however submits that the said student has behavioural problems and the school authority had advised correctional measures to the parents.

Be that as it may, no element of 'State' is involved in the matter, as such W.P.A 23632 of 2023 is dismissed as not maintainable.

The petitioner, however is at liberty to take up the issues with the school authority.

There shall however be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
