After paragraph 8 the paragraph 8(a) should be added in the judgment dated 25th February, 2025 which runs as follows:

"8(a) The respondent Nos. 1 and 3/claimants are entitled to receive the balance amount of Rs. 38,16,165/- at the rate of 6% per cent per annum from the date of filing of the claim application till the date of actual realization".

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary addition to that effect in the judgment dated 25th February, 2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
