Mr. Rezaul Hossain, Advocate ... for the petitioner present in Court Request has been made by the learned Counsel for the writ petitioner for withdrawal of the writ petition. He also produced before this Court a letter from the writ petitioner addressed to him requesting for withdrawal of the writ petition. A perusal of the order passed by this Court on 28.01.2016 shows that deductions from the salary of the petitioner were stayed.
As there is no final determination of the issue in the present writ petition challenging the order passed by the West Bengal State Tribunal, it is clarified that the petitioner will not be entitled to any benefit on account of interim stay granted by this Court. The competent authority shall proceed accordingly. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above observations.
As no one has appeared for the respondents, the department concerned shall send copy of this order to the respondents for compliance.
