However, in a similar matter, being WPA 14421 of 2022, the West Bengal Board of Primary Education gave one mark to the petitioner there. Here the petitioner also prays for similar benefit.

After hearing the parties I direct the Deputy Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the matter after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from date and to pass a reasoned order and to communicate the same by one week after passing the said reasoned order.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
