Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about five months and the investigation of the case having been concluded, Learned advocate prays for bail on any stringent conditions. Learned advocate for the State produces the Case Diary. Record reflects that the victim is aged about 12 years and the medical evidence do corroborate the accusations against the present petitioner. Consequently, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such the prayer for bail of the petitioner being CRM (M) 1908 of 2025 is dismissed.

Learned Special Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case after the stage of consideration of charges is over. Case Diary be returned to the learned advocate for the State.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
