1. Petitioner is still in custody despite the order granting bail dated March 16, 2023 passed in CRM (DB) 826 of 2023 since the petitioner is unable to secure two sureties.

2. State is represented.

3. In such view of the matter, we modify the requirement to furnish amount of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must local, with two registered sureties.

4. All other conditions in the order dated March 16, 2023 shall remain the same.
