A report has been filed before this Court signed by the Executive Engineer (Civil)/Building/Borough-XII, Kolkata Municipal Corporation mentioning that the unauthorized construction at premises No. 213, Rajdanga Nabapally, has been taken up for demolition of all super-structure including R. C. C. column beam framed structure, R.C. C. slab, stair, lift well with the necessary police assistance from Kasba Police Station. The plot is presently vacant. In view of the said report, there is no requirement to proceed with the writ petition any further. The prayer sought for by the petitioner has already been allowed. WP No. 23873 of 2022 is, accordingly, disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
