In view of the aforesaid facts, condition of anticipatory bail imposed on the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders is waived.

Other conditions of anticipatory bail imposed on the petitioner shall, however, continue.

Accordingly, application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
