It appears from the record that the final order dated 24.07.2023 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Howrah in a Complaint case no. 33/339/16 is under challenge in this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Since there is an efficacious alternative appellate remedy available under the relevant statute, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

In view thereof, the instant civil revisional application stands dismissed as not maintainable. The petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law before the proper forum.

The petitioner will be at liberty to take back the certified copy of the impugned order upon furnishing a photocopy of the same in the record.
