1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and more particularly the statement of the eye witnesses which clearly implicate the petitioner of assaulting the victim with sharp cutting weapons that are ultimately resulted in her death, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
