The petitioner as the widow of Samaresh Ganguly claims to be entitled to the share of Samaresh Ganguly (since deceased) in the cooperative society and on the basis thereof had applied for membership which ultimately came to be allowed by an order dated 15th July, 2024 passed in appeal case No. 25/KMAH of 2024 by the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies. However, Mr. Mukherjee learned advocate representing the cooperative society would submit that in a subsequent appeal filed by the petitioner's son, namely, Gaurab Ganguly vide order dated 23rd October, 2024, the self-same joint registrar of cooperative societies had allowed the appeal filed by the son by recording that the previous order dated 15th July, 2024 had been obtained by the petitioner by suppression. A copy of the order as placed before this

WPA 24472 of 2024 Court is taken on record. Unfortunately, the order dated 15th July, 2024 has not been recalled.

In the light of the above, the writ petition at this stage for implementation of the order dated 15th July, 2024, in my view cannot be maintained. The parties are at liberty to apply before the appropriate authority. 3.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
