Petitioner approached this Court for transfer of investigation relating to Liluah PS Case No. 520/24 dated 06.12.2023.

State has submitted a report. Report of the State reflects that a long standing property dispute is existing between the petitioner and the private respondent. The report also reflects number of criminal cases being Liluah PS Case No. 89/24, Liluah PS Case No. 518/24 and Liluah PS Case No. 520/24 are pending.

Since a jurisdictional Court is already in seisin of the criminal cases, petitioner, if he is aggrieved regarding any act and action of the police authorities, she would approach the jurisdictional Court as substantial time has elapsed since the investigation commenced in connection with the aforesaid cases.

Learned jurisdictional Court would assess regarding the genuinity of the accusations of the petitioner and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 25101 of 2024 is disposed of.
