Report is placed on record. From the report it appears mobile phone of the petitioner has been seized and investigation is in progress. Injury report of the son of the victim is also on record. 3.

In view of the materials on record showing house trespass, forcible rape of the victim and physical assault on one of her sons, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
