I have considered the materials on record and having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this court after completion of Section 35 of the POCSO Act.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 1895 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Report submitted in respect of the service effected upon the victim be kept with the record.
