The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to withdraw the order of demand of EPF from the petitioner for the period of March 2023 to November 2023.

Considering the issue involved in the writ application, the EPF authority has submitted a status report as directed.

Considering the said clarification by the authority concerned, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the authority concerned, prior to proceeding with any such demands, shall do so, on granting a proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, more so, the petitioner herein who has preferred the writ application.

The authorities concerned on satisfaction of service of notice upon the parties including the petitioner shall then proceed in accordance with law. 6.
