Upon perusal of the said memo of evidence, it appears after completion of investigation a final report was filed as FRT against the petitioners, namely, Swati Joshi, Tuhin Sinha and Rahul Shivshankar. Rahul Shivshankar is the present petitioner in the instant case.

In view of the subsequent event, this criminal revision became infructuous. Accordingly, the same is disposed of with above observations.
