1. The petitioner was serving in Border Security Force. He challenged the disciplinary proceeding initiated against him by filing the instant writ petition. During the pendency of the writ petition, a final order has been passed and the punishment of dismissal from service was imposed upon him.

2. He is aggrieved by the same.

3. As it appears that a fresh cause of action has arisen in the matter, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.

4. The writ petition stands dismissed.

5. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum challenging the order of dismissal, if so advised.
