1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the medical report which shows that the victim has suffered grievous injury which, inter alia, include fracture at various places, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
