Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is facing financial stringency as well as other difficulties for which she has approached the learned magistrate and invoked the provisions of Section 12 of the P.W.D.V Act. The said case being Complaint Case No. C 624 of 2023 is pending. Learned advocate further submits that the interim prayers in respect of the said application which has been made are yet to be considered by the learned magistrate and the opposite parties have already entered appearance.

It has been submitted that the next date has been fixed on 22nd December, 2023 Having considered the purpose for which the legislature has enforced the provisions of PWDV Act, the learned Magistrate is directed to consider and dispose of the interim prayers on 22nd December, 2023 or within a fortnight thereafter. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 3864 of 2023 is disposed of.
