Mr. Debrup Choudhury ...for the opposite party no.1 Learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no. 1 submits that the matter has been amicably settled so far as the maintenance part is concerned, conducted by the District Mediation Committee and as such learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction submits that his client does not want to proceed further with the instant application.

In such view of the matter, CRR 4663 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The copy of the order passed in Mediation and the copy of the written instruction filed by the petitioner are taken on record.
