The applicant is aggrieved by the fact of the reasonings of acquittal granted by the learned trial court. In view of the issues, so canvassed, I am of the opinion that the same are just and sufficient. The applicant is granted leave to prefer the appeal within the statutory period.

Accordingly, CRMSPL (SB) No. 75 of 2024 is Allowed.
