1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioners in the commission of the alleged offence as revealed from the statement of the several witnesses which directly implicate the petitioners for the mental torture with lady to suicide of the mother of the petitioner no.1 we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
